 I am Lauren Anthony, Reiki Master/Teacher and Vibrational Sound Healing Practitioner, owner of Release Reiki & Vibrational Sound Healing in Plymouth, MA. At Release, my practice is centered around being present, holding space and guiding you to find your light.

  Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is an ancient energy healing technique in which a Reiki practitioner uses gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy, also referred to as "Chi" or "Life Force Energy" throughout the client's entire system to reduce stress and promote full body healing on physical, emotional and energetic levels. Reiki supports the body's natural ability to heal itself, while balancing and releasing blocked energy.

In a Reiki session, a client can actually feel and often hear movement of energy clearing and may experience a multitude of sensations, including warmth and pulsing through the practitioner's hands, emotional release and an overall sense of feeling lighter.

Only love and positive energy is offered into your system in a Reiki session, while simultaneously stagnant energy and imbalance is actively guided to release. 

Vibrational Sound Healing is a singing bowl based sound relaxation healing modality. Various sized bowls tuned to different  frequencies are placed on the body, inviting the client to slip into a deep state of relaxation with each strike.

The bowls are moved in a structured sequence over the physical body, offering a vibrational massage, bringing clearing, balance and a deep meditative state to  physical and energetic fields. 

Much like Reiki healing energy, Vibrational Sound healing can help ignite the body's natural ability to heal itself. Feelings of calm, clarity, connection and renewal are just some of the immediate benefits of Vibrational Sound healing.

The vibrations rippling through the body are incredibly soothing to the entire nervous system, helping to soothe anxiety, training your body to relax  at a deeper level.

As an empath, I am a very sensitive being with strong intuition. I have always felt ALL of the feelings and energy from others very deeply, while experiencing my own stuff on a very deep level. 

It's no mistake that I spent the first twenty years of my professional career as a high school social worker. 

My passion for guiding, assisting and observing others as they step into their own power while discovering their magic and light is unmatched.

I have been practicing Reiki Healing since 2017, continuously learning, growing, healing and letting go, incorporating the principles of mindfulness into my daily experience.

Through my own ongoing healing journey, I recognize that we quite literally hold the keys to whatever we choose in this life.
