My passion for connection is what drives me. I feel most alive when I am holding space for others- assisting and observing as they step into their power while discovering their own magic and light.

I have been studying and practicing Reiki since 2017, continuously learning, growing, healing and releasing-incorporating the principles of mindfulness into my daily experience.

Through my own ongoing healing journey, I recognize that we quite literally hold the keys to whatever we choose in this life.
